MAKE AN IMPACT

Through our Teacher Mini-Grant program we

foster innovation in the classroom. Each year

NWLEF allocates a certain amount of funds to be

awarded to individual or groups of teachers who

apply for grants that enhance student learning.

NWLEF has supported our school district with

key technology purchases including SmartBoards

for all classrooms, laptops for all students and

broadcasting studios within each building. These

major initiatives would not have been possible

without the support of our local community!

Since the pandemic, the district has seen a

greater need for mental health support to help

students succeed. NWLEF is able to support

specific requests from our district to help address

the needs of our students through programs led

by our counselors and administrators within

the district.
